Tunisan Salad
Ingredients
1 can of Tuna
1/4 olive oil
1 large fresh tomato
1 green pepper
1 chopped onion
5-10 olives (pitted)
salt and pepper to taste
1 boiled egg
Mix chopped onion, peppers and tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Season the tuna with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix all ingredients and garnish with the olives and rounded pieces of the boiled egg.
Serve
with arabic/pita bread.
